Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Payment confirmation typically takes 24-48 hours for bank transfer and cryptocurrency payments. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next business day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel in real time.

Delivery Methods

All orders are shipped via fully tracked UK couriers:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 - next working day delivery on standard orders
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 1-2 working day delivery for value option
• DPD Next Day - guaranteed next-day delivery for express shipping orders

All shipments are signature on deliveryto ensure your order reaches you securely. If you are not available to sign, the courier will leave a card and arrange redelivery or pickup from your local depot.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically arrives within 1-3 business daysafter dispatch across mainland UK. Highland and island deliveries may take 2-5 business days. Express shipping options arrive the next business day in most postcodes.

Please note that during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, bank holidays), delivery times may be slightly extended due to courier network congestion.

Packaging & Temperature Control

All compounds are shipped in discreet, tamper-evident, temperature-controlled packaging. Plain outer boxes with no branding or product labelling. Inside the parcel:

• Lyophilised peptides - sealed under inert atmosphere, foil-wrapped, stable at ambient temperature during standard UK transit
• Temperature-sensitive compounds - shipped with thermal insulation and gel packs to maintain cold chain
• Glass vials - protected by foam inserts and shock-absorbent materials

Free Shipping

Free tracked UK shippingis available on qualifying orders. The free shipping threshold is displayed at checkout and may change periodically. Below the threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee applies based on your selected delivery option.

International Shipping

Currently, Buy Peptides UK ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping due to varying regulations across borders for research compounds. If you represent a research institution outside the UK and require a custom supply arrangement, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss options.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your parcel has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement shipment or refund where appropriate. All shipments are insured.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Buy Peptides UK is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us within 1 hour and we will do our best to update the dispatch label.
