What purity level are your peptides?
>98% by HPLC, and most batches test higher than that. The exact figure for the batch in your vial is on its Certificate of Analysis, next to the molecular weight and identity confirmation.
Where do your compounds come from?
We source from accredited UK and European facilities that operate under ISO 17025 conditions using Fmoc SPPS. Every batch is independently tested before we stock it.
How do I obtain a Certificate of Analysis (CoA)?
Email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll send the batch CoA back, usually same day.
What is the difference between a peptide and a SARM?
Peptides are short amino acid chains that bind to receptors and trigger signalling responses. SARMs are small synthetic molecules that bind androgen receptors but only act on certain tissues. Both are research-only here.
What does ‘lyophilised’ mean?
Freeze-dried. The compound is frozen under vacuum so all the water sublimes off, leaving a stable white powder that holds up much better in long-term -20°C storage than a liquid would.

What payment methods do you accept?
UK bank transfer (BACS) and card via a secure payment link issued with your order. Bank details show up at checkout if you pick that option.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Order before 12 PM on a working day and it goes out the same day. After 12 PM or on weekends, it ships the next working day. Tracking number lands in your email as soon as it’s collected.
Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Yes, 10+ vials of the same compound qualifies for volume pricing. Email [email protected] with what you need.
Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum. Free tracked shipping kicks in past a threshold shown at checkout.

Which couriers do you use?
Royal Mail Tracked24 for everything UK-bound. Tracking goes to the email on your order.
How are compounds packaged for shipping?
Plain, tamper-evident outer packaging, nothing on the outside that says what’s inside. Lyophilised peptides hold up at room temperature in transit, so most orders ship that way; cold packs only when the compound actually needs them.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, UK only. If you’re at a research institution outside the UK, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Research & Legal
Are your compounds legal to purchase?
Sold for in-vitro and lab research only. Not licensed for human use, veterinary use or as a supplement. Whether they’re legal to import or hold in your country is on you to check before ordering.
Who can purchase your products?
Adults (18+) buying for legitimate research. Placing an order is your confirmation that you meet that.
How should I store peptides and SARMs?
Powder form: -20°C, dry, dark, good for 12-24 months. Once reconstituted, drop it to 4°C and use within 28 days. The CoA has the specific storage guidance for that compound if it differs.
What is the recommended solvent for reconstitution?
Sterile or bacteriostatic water works for most peptides. Hydrophobic ones might need a touch of 0.1% acetic acid or DMSO. The CoA tells you what was used during testing, that’s usually a good place to start.

What is your returns policy?
We can’t take back opened vials, that’s standard for research chemicals. If something arrives damaged, missing or just wrong, email [email protected] within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we’ll sort it.
