Orders placed before 12:00 UK time on a working day are packed and handed to Royal Mail the same day. Anything later, or placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday, leaves the next working day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.
The tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is collected, and the same number works on the Royal Mail site and app. Delivery is signature on every order, so if nobody is in you get a card and can rebook or collect from the delivery office with photo ID.
Parcels are plain, tamper-evident boxes with nothing on the outside naming the contents. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the journey and ship foil-wrapped under inert atmosphere; anything temperature sensitive travels with insulation and gel packs. The batch certificate of analysis for your vial is in the box.

Which parts of the UK do you deliver to?
All of it: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly. Every parcel goes by Royal Mail Tracked 24 with a signature on delivery, from our UK warehouse. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
Order before 12:00 on a working day and the parcel leaves the same day. Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for the next working day across mainland Britain; allow 1 to 3 working days. The Highlands and Islands take 2 to 5, Northern Ireland 2 to 3. Royal Mail delivers Tracked 24 items Monday to Saturday, so a Friday dispatch often arrives on Saturday.
What does delivery cost?
4.95 pounds flat, anywhere in the UK, and free once your basket passes 75 pounds. There is no regional surcharge, so a parcel to Shetland costs the same as one to Shoreditch.
Do you dispatch at the weekend?
No. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day. The tracking number reaches your email as soon as Royal Mail collects the parcel.
Can I collect my order, or visit a shop?
No. We are an online supplier with a single dispatch warehouse and no public counter, collection point or shop in any city. Everything travels by tracked post.
Will the parcel need a signature?
Yes, on every order. If nobody is in, Royal Mail leaves a card and you can arrange redelivery or collect from the local delivery office with photo ID. For a university, institute or company address, the post room or reception can sign.
